PICK UP AND RETURN :
All Rental equipment pick-up and return is at O Plus Media Technology Limited office at Room 309, 3/F.,Hope Sea Industrial Centre, No.26 Lam Hing Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Rental equipment must be returned to the office by 11:30 am. to avoid an extra full day rental charge. Where delivery or pickup is undertaken by the company, such delivery or pick-up is at the hirer’s own risk and expenses.
EXTENSION OF HIRE :
To avoid inconvenience to other hirer, any extension of hire must be arranged prior to termination of original hire.
Cancellation :
24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling a booking. If you are unable to give us a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
SHORTAGE/DAMAGE/MALFUNCTION :
Any shortage / damage / malfunction be reported immediately when possible or upon return of equipment.
PRICE CHANGES :
Rental prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT :
A deposit for the cost of equipment hired is required for each rental. Deposit and payment upon pickup of hire.
We accept T/T , cash or company cheque for deposit and payment. Deposit will be void, refunded or returned upon return of hire.
SUB-HIRE :
The parties hereto expressly agree that the hirer shall retain the equipment for their own personal use and shall not part with possession of same or otherwise sub-lease, sub-hire or assign the benefit of this agreement to any other person or corporation with the prior written consent of O Plus Media Technology Limited.
LIABILITIES :
Except for normal wear and tear of rental equipment. The hirer assumes all responsibility for damage to and / or loss of rental equipment. Insurance for full replacement value ex our office is the responsibility of the hirer, O Plus Media Technology Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage by leasing equipment whether to the hirer or its property of any other person, firm or corporation or to the property of any other person, firm or corporation, nor shall O Plus Media Technology Ltd. , be liable for any delay or failure thereof, or for any interruption of use of same or loss resulting therefrom. O Plus Media Technology Ltd. ’s liability. If any, for furnishing the wrong or defective equipment to the hirer is limited to a rebate of the rental charged for such equipment.
The hirer hereby indemnifies O Plus Media Technology Ltd. , its agents and employees from liability for any and all losses, damage, injuries, claims, demand and expenses, including legal expenses, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of the use and / or condition (including, without limitation, latent and other defects, whether or not discoverable by O Plus Media Technology Ltd.) of the hirer equipment. The hirer will not assign, transfer or sublet its rights under this hire agreement, will not pledge, mortgage or encumber the leased equipment or its rights hereunder and the hirer will not permit same to be subjected to any lien, charge or encumbrance. In the event of losses or damage to the equipment hired, the hirer agrees to pay to O Plus Media Technology Ltd. , all costs and expenses of such repair or replacement, and to pay rental, at the rate set forth, for such period of time until such lost or damaged equipment shall be replaced or repaired.
